Nikki Williams brings passion and expertise to her role as Fundraising Manager, where she leads  efforts to secure vital resources for Empower Horizon. 

Nikki has over 10 years of experience in fundraising and development, Nikki specializes in  creating innovative campaigns that inspire community engagement and drive meaningful impact.

Nikki’s background includes raising funds for her local public officials, mobilizing local resident  to donate blood and partnership with existing organizations to collect cloths, food, ect.. for the  needy. She is skilled in donor relations, grant writing, event planning, team collaboration,  community engagement which she combines with her deep commitment to Empower Horizon’s  mission.

Outside of work, Nikki enjoys things such as organize volunteer events in her neighborhood where  all of the residents get together to clean their neighborhood, organizing to sponsor poor children with Christmas gifts, food distribution, ect.. She participates in the heroes’ celebrations committee which highlights individuals or groups  making a difference in the community. She also participates in the Host Fun, Inclusive Community  Events where she joins charities to walk for different causes such as breast cancer walks, animals’ welfare walks and Social Justice and Awareness Walks. ign
