Individualized Case Management: One-on-one support to assess needs, create
housing plans, and connect clients to resources at the local level and national level.
Tenant Advocacy: Assisting renters with legal issues, lease negotiations, or disputes
with landlords.
Eviction Prevention Services: Mediation and financial support to prevent evictions and
stabilize housing for the very poor ones.
Financial Literacy and Budgeting: Workshops and counseling to help clients manage
their finances and prepare for long-term housing stability.
Employment Support: Job training, resume building, and help with employment search
and placement to help clients achieve financial independence.
Life Skills Training: Classes on cooking, cleaning, and basic home maintenance for
successful independent living.
Mental Health Services: Counseling and therapy to address trauma, addiction, or
mental health issues often linked to housing instability.
Substance Abuse Treatment: Programs to assist individuals recovering from addiction
or other tough situations as part of their journey to stable housing.
Community Workshops: Educational programs about tenant rights, affordable housing
resources, and available government programs to assist those in housing crisis.
Advocacy Campaigns: Raising awareness about housing issues and advocating for
policy changes to expand affordable housing to all human being.
Volunteer Opportunities: Engaging the community in activities like home construction,
